DESCRIPTION:Quinoa and Taula per Mèxic invite you to a special evening on Tuesday 19 September in Brussels (Belgium)! \nIn support of and in solidarity with the alarming social and environmental situation in Chiapas\, we invite you to come and talk to two members of Frayba\, Patricia Domínguez and Lázaro Sánchez (Team Coordinators) \nFrayba supports communities in their efforts to combat the political\, economic and cultural injustices they experience\, in particular through the creation of Civil Observation Brigades: their presence helps to calm tense situations in communities threatened by mining projects\, tourism projects or oppressed by the army or paramilitaries. \nQuinoa has been working for many years with the Zapatista communities of Chiapas and their critical reading of the capitalist world-system \nGet closer to the reality of chiapas. \n*There will be Spanish-French translation* \nFor further information\, please contact: \nInternational Solidarity \nsolidaritat@taulapermexic.org \n
